How to buy in our online store?

Prices and terms and conditions of sale are only applicable to the Spanish territory (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Regrettably, CAROBELS COSMETICS is unable to cover any orders outside the territory specified.

Buy in our store is easy. Simply choose the products you want to buy by browsing the categories. Once you are products details, choose the color and number of units you wish to purchase and click “ADD TO BASKET”. Products will be saved in the shopping cart , in the upper right

To complete the purchase, from the cart, select the desired payment method and click the button "Check out". Below, you can find the delivery request and if the payment method chosen was "credit card", payment will be requested.

All shop prices have VAT included. Only in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is not billed tax.


Order shipping
Once formalize your order, you will receive it in the address you have indicated on the form in a period of 2-5 days. Shipping charges are 6.95 € for the peninsula and sent through SPAIN-TIR. Just pay Shipping orders under 50 €. Orders to be sent to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will always have shipping cost of 10 € and shipments will be processed through the post office (CORREOS).

Payment method

  • Cash on delivery.
    In this case you will pay your order when you receive it. Expenditure on cash on delivery will be on your own , and correspond to 3,50 € that will be added to your invoice.
  • Bank transfer.
    In this case you will pay through the website of your bank or at any office of your bank , you can pay the invoice of your order into our account.
  • Credit Card.
    You can pay immediately through the secure payment platform 4B, which has the best current standards for secure shopping: SSL and SET. When you access to our payment server, you can find a “padlock” on the browser window, which indicates that our site is secure. This means full and secure confidentiality of your data, and all the information transferred is encrypted and can not be seen by anyone. The banking transactions are made through one of the most prestigious Spanish banks, "Banco Santander".

In certain cases and to prevent fraud CAROBELS COSMETICS SL reserves the right to ask a specific payment to customer.


Guarantee and returns
All Hair Tools Sculp-By are produced to the highest quality standards and will provide you with reliable service when you use according to the instructions. They are thoroughly tested before leaving the factory. However in the unlikely event of defects caused by faulty material or workmanship, as a manufacturer we offer a 6-months guarantee from date of purchase. Within this period we will repair or replace the product for you at our discretion.

Of course every Sculp By product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return your tool or any other Sculp By  product, we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.The stamped delivery invoice  by Carobels Cosmetics (Proof of purchase) is valid as manufacturer's warranty, therefore it must be included with the faulty product . Place your product Sculp by into the original packaging. In the package you will also need to include guarantee certificate and please, specify the reason for return.

Customer will have 24 hours from the day of delivery  to check  that all products shipped..are satisfactory quality , according to the description given on the website and adequate for their purpose. After this time no claims will be accepted and will be considered an  accepted shipment. Order is considered received when the client has signed the delivery receipt. If you receive a damaged product by transport, contact us and let us know your order number, and the problem you had, always within less than 24h.

Delivery of the Products shall take place at the Delivery Location. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the address of the Delivery Location is accurate. We shall not be responsible if this Delivery Location is incorrect.

There are some exclusions to the guarantee of Sculp By products.

  • The guarantee will not cover any fault caused through incorrect usage. We are also unable to cover any fault caused by accidental damage.
  • The guarantee is also void if any repair has been attempted by a third party.

In both instances we may be able to assist with a repair, but this may be subject to a small charge.

  • Connect to a different voltage than  indicated on the product label.
  • Deteriorate, remove or hide manufacturer’s identification tag  by the customer. It will not accept any damaged material without packaging or obvious signs of  improper usage.
