How long is my Sculp-By tool guaranteed for?
All Hair Tools Sculp-By are produced to the highest quality standards and will provide you with reliable service when you use according to the instructions. They are thoroughly tested before leaving the factory. However in the unlikely event of defects caused by faulty material or workmanship, as a manufacturer we offer a 6-months guarantee from date of purchase. Within this period we will repair or replace the product for you at our discretion.

How do I claim on my guarantee?
To claim on the guarantee you need to retain your original proof of purchase and guarantee certificate. The next step is to send the faulty product, proof of purchase and guarantee certificate. Please contact our Customer service department for more information .

Within the warranty period, we will cover any return charges to Spain addresses (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Regrettably, we are unable to cover any postage costs outside Spanish territory.
